ATG was effectively formed in 2004 when Access Accounting Ltd started growing through acquisition.
Its structure was formalised in July 2006 when the holding company commenced trading and Access Accounting Ltd became a subsidiary. The group is founded upon the trading success of Access Accounting Ltd and perpetuates the 'Access' brand.
